What we never collect
We never ask for, collect, or store your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private keys. No page on this site has a field for them, and nobody from Mintera will ever request them. Anyone who does is attempting to steal from you.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details.
What we do collect
- Your wallet address, when you connect a wallet. We store it along with a first-seen and last-seen timestamp and a visit count, so we can see roughly how many wallets use the marketplace.
- Launchpad applications. If you apply to launch a collection, we store what you enter in the form: project name, description, website, X handle, and the wallet address you want approved.
- Standard server logs generated by our hosting provider, such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL.
On-chain data is public
Mints, listings, sales, offers, and transfers are recorded on the Robinhood Chain by the network itself, not by us. That data is public, permanent, and outside our control. Our indexer reads it and displays it — deleting an account on our side would not remove anything from the blockchain.
Storage on your device
We use your browser’s local storage for two conveniences: remembering which notifications you have read, and saving an in-progress collection draft so a refresh does not lose your work. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no third-party analytics script on this site.
Third parties
Using the site means your browser also talks to:
- a Robinhood Chain RPC endpoint, to read chain state and submit transactions;
- IPFS gateways, to load NFT images and metadata;
- WalletConnect, if you choose that connection method;
- Pinata, if you are a creator uploading collection artwork;
- our hosting provider, which serves the site and its database.
Each of these has its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or abuse of the platform.
Retention
Wallet-visit records and launchpad applications are kept for as long as the marketplace operates. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can use most of the site without connecting a wallet — browsing collections, items, and activity requires no connection at all. Disconnecting your wallet stops any further association with your address.
To ask about or request deletion of off-chain data we hold about you, contact us on the channels below. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone.
