Terms of Service
Last updated 26 July 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of mintera.art and the smart contracts it interacts with (together, “Mintera”). If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
2. What Mintera is
Mintera is an independent, non-custodial interface to public smart contracts on the Robinhood Chain. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
We do not take custody of your NFTs or funds, we do not hold your keys, and we cannot move, freeze, or recover assets in your wallet. We are not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or a financial institution.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use Mintera if you are subject to sanctions, or if doing so would break the law where you live.
4. Your wallet and your transactions
You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible — we cannot undo, reverse, or refund one.
You are responsible for network gas fees and for verifying transaction details before you approve them.
5. Fees
Mintera charges a platform fee of 5% on secondary sales. Each collection separately sets a creator fee of up to 10%, paid to a wallet the creator controls. Mints through the launchpad carry a platform fee set in the on-chain fee registry.
Fees in force at the time of a transaction are shown in the quote before you confirm it.
6. Third-party collections and content
Collections, artwork, metadata, descriptions, external links, and social accounts shown on Mintera are supplied by third parties. Their appearance on the site is not an endorsement, an audit, a verification of identity, or a guarantee of value, authenticity, or delivery.
Do your own research. We may remove, hide, or refuse to display any collection or link at our discretion, including anything we believe to be fraudulent, infringing, or harmful.
7. Activity points
Activity points shown on the site are a usage statistic derived from public on-chain events. They have no monetary value, are not a currency or a security, are not transferable, and confer no right, entitlement, or claim to any token, distribution, or payment. We may change or discontinue them at any time.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use Mintera to:
- defraud, phish, or deceive anyone, or impersonate any person, project, or brand;
- list, mint, or trade assets you do not own or have no right to sell, including stolen assets;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights;
- manipulate markets, including wash trading or artificial volume;
- launder money or finance illegal activity;
- distribute malware, or link to sites that harvest keys, seed phrases, or wallet approvals;
- attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
9. Intellectual property and third-party marks
The Mintera name, site design, and code are ours. NFT artwork and collection content belong to their respective creators or owners.
Third-party names and marks are used only to identify the networks, wallets, and services Mintera works with, and remain the property of their owners. No sponsorship or affiliation is implied.
10. No advice
Nothing on Mintera is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. NFTs are volatile and can lose all of their value. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Mintera is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that data shown is accurate or current, or that smart contracts are free of defects.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintera and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost assets, or losses arising from your use of the site, third-party conduct, smart-contract behaviour, network failures, or transactions you sign.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms or change the service at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
